Memberson Software Manager

For Memberson expansion we are searching for an experienced senior manager with proven experience in leading software projects, to build and lead a software development team that will be delivering industry-changing, advanced Loyalty and Retail CRM solutions. This individual will be expected to report to Memberson CTO and collaborate with Product Management to help identify and prioritize product requirements; work with a team to facilitate, organize, participate in, and ensure the success of the ongoing development activities. Looking for candidates that have a passion for delivering high quality software and shows a complete sense of ownership for delivery of the product.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of enterprise class system software development.
  • Building out and managing a high performance development team, including: hiring, setting up development environment, develop, QA / testing facilities, release management, technical support, and project management.
  • Establish trust and gain confidence of a highly technical and top notch development team.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ Years of Management experience leading high performance development teams.
  • Experience leading teams working on Windows and Web development.
  • Experience in working in a Start-up/building a team from ground up.
  • .NET 3.5, LinQ, MS SQL server 2005, Web Service, NHibernate, Azure.
  • Experience in Customer Loyalty Solutions, POS and payment systems, from the Retail industry and/or from the Attraction industry.
  • You are preferably Singaporean or have Singapore PR or PEP status.
