Telemarketer
We are seeking a great Telemarketing person with following skills;
- To introduce and promote Memberson's products through telemarketing
- To be able to build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone
- Respond to customer's inquiries through email and telephone
- Can set up sales meeting; persuade customers to accept a meeting with a product sales representative
- To participate in any sales activities as and when required by the management
- To manage, collate and update customer database accurately and on a timely basis
Requirements;
- With tele-marketing or tele-sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant voice
- A polite, confident and friendly manner
- Must Speak Thai and/or Chinese and/or Malay
- Strong command in English
- Sales-oriented, dynamic & persuasive
- To be able to achieve sales targets and KPI in the required timeline
