The system platform is configurable to fit customized business processes and work flow including alerts, user defined fields, activity queues and activity escalation. Member profiles are customizable including list fields, member interests and types of memberships.

Interfaces

The system is delivered with a windows user interface but offers many optional interfaces and touch points for operators and members like web portals, hand held devices, mobile phones, interactive kiosk systems and regular operator user interfaces. All interfaces work simultaneously within the same installation.

Development Platform

The system is built on Microsoft .NET 2.0 technology and developed using C# and partially C++ as programming language. A 5 tier enterprise architecture layer assures full scalability to fit large global organizations as well as smaller local businesses.

3rd party POS and Touch Point synchronization

Memberson Retail CRM includes functions (via Memberson POS DLL) where other systems can check membership validity, point balance and record purchase transactions. The functionality is well documented and for a POS system vendor to integrate into windows based cashier machines.

Audit Trail and History

All actions in the system are recorded with user name, date and time for audit purpose and to keep a history of changes.
