The Memberson Web portal is fully integrated with whole Loyalty platform which for example makes it possible for a member to review their updated point account within seconds after the actual purchase at a store check out. Instant information becomes increasingly important today when consumers have wireless internet access trough their mobile phones and handheld computers.
The Portal functionality is built as web parts and can be integrated within an existing web site. This makes it easy for a web company to change the surrounding layout and advertisements without affecting the member portal.
Online member registration is available including uploading of member photo, cropping, resizing and preview of the actual member card layout. With an online payment the membership will instantly become active and all member benefits are accessible on the web and in the physical stores and affiliate locations. Optionally registrations of certain member types can be set to go trough a manual approval flof before becoming active.
When a member logs on to the portal they will be notified if the membership or points are about to expire. It will also notify how many more points that are needed for reaching next reward item or service.
Members can update their address information and interests which helps keeping a clean address database. Every 3 months a member will be asked to verify their address when they log in.
Voucher reservation and redemption item reservation is an important and appreciated feature for the members and gives them the opportunity to redeem points earned before they expire even without going to the store which might not be possible if the person is traveling. This reduces customer arguments and issues at the store customer service counters.
Feedback can be posted from the portal and will directly become visible for the customer service and back office staff to take action for increased customer service and satisfaction.
