The booking and resource manager can be used as a shared Resource Calendar and shared Marketing Calendar.
The booking and resource manager handles resources like users, rooms, exhibit areas and equipment. Resources are linked to activities in the system calendar.
The calendar gives a full view of available time slots by resource or by time period. The calendar has a day, week and month view for flexible planning and booking and you can have SMS and Email reminders.
