Memberson assures that customer communication activities like feedbacks and complaints will never be left unattended.
Activities come from multiple channels like walk-in, email, phone calls and via the web site. The unattended activity queue, automatically managed by the system, highlights system users of activities that need immediate attention. When an activity is marked as completed it is moved from the queue. Customer profiles will always keep the history of all activities registered for a customer.
Custom activity types are easily created and connected to desired workflow and rules.
