Customer and member profiles can be of three main categories; Individual, Family (Group) and Corporate profiles. Each profile provides a complete view of the members contact information, interests, purchase records, activities, tokens, benefits and history of campaign targeting. Key performance indicators on the profile immediately give the user information about the customer satisfaction level and profitability.

A Customer profile keeps the history of all membership periods with transactions and communication details for each period. A customer can have multiple active memberships and a membership can have multiple tokens. Membership parameters, lists and user defined fields are configured in the user friendly administration module.

The system allows unlimited membership types allowing companies to create a wide variety of membership programs that fit different types of target groups. Each Membership type has its own set of benefits, access rights and rules.
