Renewals, Upgrades, Expiration and Tier Management
Memberson have eliminated the headache that is often associated with time consuming administration of membership renewals, upgrades and expirations.
Without using any batch jobs Memberships will automatically expire following rules for expiry that disables the membership token from further usage. The system also manages rules for grace periods when memberships and points expire.
Very often Retailers offer free renewal for members who have reached a desired spending level during the membership period. The Memberson System automatically and instantly renews a membership when a transaction brings the spending over any defined level.
Tier level management is automatic and moves the member between the different membership tiers (like silver, gold and platinum) based on the spending within a time period, visit frequency or other custom criteria. The system keeps track of tier movement and the history of transactions and communications during each tier period.
Functionality for manual upgrading and downgrading, overriding configured tier rules, are available and is often restricted to supervisor users.
