Program scheme parameters can be set to be valid for specific membership types, weekdays, time during the day and by pre qualification spending amount. Transactions that qualify for a program scheme results in points, discounts, vouchers or other benefits. Each transaction goes through the engine and is matched with all active point and discount programs. Each point program where all criteria are fulfilled will generate points for the member. The flexible engine allows for creative programs to run in parallel with long term based programs like for example a seasonal point program that gives double points for a short period of time or only when the purchase is made during none peak hours.

You can also send an SMS or email for different triggers in the system. An example is defining SMS messages that are triggered by selected customer behaviour, for example if a customer reaches a specific spending level they will receive an instant SMS reward.
