Memberson Voucher Module
The Memberson voucher manager automates the voucher process and provides easy to use functionality to ensure data integrity, security and full real time visibility of voucher status and keeps track of the vouchers and value in each step of the voucher workflow.
The Voucher Manager is built to manage among others;
- Cash vouchers
- 3rd party partner vouchers
- Birthday vouchers (automatically generated)
- Expired point vouchers (automatically generated)
- E-vouchers
- Gift Cards
- Vouchers generated by the campaign manager
- Lucky draw vouchers (automatically generated)
Vouchers can have custom voucher layouts and new voucher types can be added. The system provides functionality to block lost vouchers. A blocked voucher cannot be utilized. Vouchers are validated and utilized in real time, using the Memberson POS client.
