Detailed Execution in Memberson Loyalty CRM Platform
Creation of promo codes are optional, and they could be created both per location or generic without any location restrictions. However, to provide additional incentive for a person to signup during a membership acquisition campaign it may be beneficial to create this. If you have the tablet sign-up application step 2 is not needed (creating a QR code).
#1 Create Sign Up Promo Code
Create a sign up promo code for 5 locations that gives a $5 voucher that can be used for the next purchase.

Set up the rule engine to trigger the voucher based on the sign up promo code that is used when the member signs up.

#2 Create a QR code and print out and place in stores (if no tablet)
For each store go to a QR code generator and ensure that the right location code is given in the http link. You can use https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ or similar websites. Created the below QR code based with a http link.

You can also include the promo code directly into the QR code as well, or alternatively, if you have multiple promo codes per store or certain customers will sign up without promo codes you may want the customer to enter it manually.
#3 New customer scans the QR code and enter their details (with or without promo code)
Once the form has been filled in and submitted the member is created within CRM. If a sign-up promo code was used, then there will a sign-up reward ($5 voucher given to the user).

#4 Use member report to track sign up by location
In order to see how well each store is doing the member list csv report can be used to check on how many members that are signing up for each location and what date. Here you can also see the actual spending of these members and can give further incentives based on the spending.
It is recommended to have KPIs both for how many members that signed up and for how much they are spending the first 2 weeks after signing up.
